    ABOUT

Fence Software Hub's review of Teravo Pro: contractor software designed around fence and outdoor-living work, taking a job from lead and fence drawing to signed proposal, deposit, crew schedule and QuickBooks in a single app.

Teravo Pro is job-management software that puts fencing first and also covers decks, patios and other outdoor-living work. A single system carries each job from the initial enquiry and an on-screen fence sketch to an e-signed proposal, deposit, crew schedule, customer portal and a working QuickBooks link, replacing the separate estimating, CRM, scheduling and accounting apps many outdoor contractors juggle. Teravo Pro's founders also own Blue Ribbon Fence Co. in Longview, Texas, and new features are tested on that company's live bids and crews before release. Demos are run by the founders using the real product and jobs similar to yours. Core workflow capabilities include: • Draw-and-price bidding — draw fence runs with gates and corners, then price them using your own material and labour costs, with tiered good/better/best options generated from one drawing • Multi-scope outdoor proposals — combine fencing with decking, concrete, planting and site work on a single plan, each as its own line the customer approves in one signature • CRM and sales board — every lead lands in a pipeline from website forms or quick call logs, with clear stages for who needs a call, who has a bid out, and who is waiting on a signature • Proposals with e-signature and deposit collection — branded options, photos, and terms signed from the customer’s phone, with deposits posting into QuickBooks against the right job • Automatic follow-up sequences — editable in plain English, sent during business hours, and stopped the moment the customer signs • Crew scheduling and production handoff — sold jobs move to the production board automatically; install days, crew assignments, work orders, pull lists, tools checklists, and walk-throughs generate from what was sold • Customer portal (no login) — project status, signed documents, job-site photos, payments, and warranty papers for the exact fence type • Callbacks and punch-list lane — warranty visits become owned tasks instead of sticky notes • Job media — contracts, HOA letters, utility locates, plus storage for 30 photos and 2 videos per job • QuickBooks that is load-bearing — estimates, deposits, invoices, and job costs flow in with accrual-friendly posting; QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisors are on staff for setup • Owner KPIs beyond the sales board — estimated vs actual hours, margin by job, and which crews and fence types make money Published pricing (confirm on teravopro.com) is flat and month-to-month with seats included: Solo (up to 3 seats, call for pricing), Crew at about $499/month (up to 12 seats), Company at about $799/month (up to 25 seats), and Multi-Location at about $1,299/month (unlimited seats). Annual plans are offered with roughly two months free. A one-time ~$500 implementation covers hands-on setup of your pricing, materials, templates, and team with the founder — not a help-doc dump. Teravo Pro says new users can learn it in about a day. Emails go out from your own company address, logins are role-based, and everything from lead to paid invoice sits in one place.
